Read the plan card and Stripe Checkout before paying. The checkout page is the final place to confirm the amount being charged, whether billing is recurring, and the payment method.

3-Month Starter conversion

The Starter offer charges $9.99 for the initial 90-day Digital-access period. Unless you cancel the recurring conversion before it takes effect, the plan then continues as the regular Digital membership at $3.99 per month.

The Starter offer does not renew at $9.99. After the introductory term, recurring billing is the regular Digital monthly price shown at the time of the offer unless a lawful price change is clearly disclosed and accepted as required.

If you schedule cancellation before conversion, your account should show the scheduled end/cancellation state. Keep your billing confirmation for your records.

Digital monthly membership

Digital is a recurring month-to-month membership. The payment method on file with Stripe is charged according to the subscription schedule until cancellation takes effect.

You can use the Manage Stripe Billing option on the Membership page to review invoices/payment method information and manage cancellation. A cancellation stops future recurring billing according to the subscription’s effective cancellation date; it does not automatically reverse charges that already occurred.

Complete Package

Complete is currently a one-time $79.99 purchase that includes twelve months of Digital access plus the physical materials described on the Membership/checkout page. Complete does not automatically renew annually.

Shipping information supplied at checkout is used to fulfill the physical portion. Delivery timing, carrier conditions, address accuracy, loss/damage procedures, and any physical-return terms may depend on the fulfillment arrangement and applicable law.

If you already have an active recurring Digital subscription, the site may require you to schedule that recurring subscription to cancel before purchasing Complete so you do not unintentionally keep two payment arrangements active.

Gift access

Gift purchases are fixed-term and do not create a recurring subscription for the recipient. Current gift options are:

  • 3-Month Digital Gift — $9.99: three months of paid-member Digital access after redemption; no automatic renewal.
  • Complete Gift — $79.99: twelve months of paid-member access plus the physical Complete Package described at checkout; no automatic renewal.

A gift is tied to the recipient email entered during purchase. The recipient must sign in with that email to redeem the code. Gift codes are intended for the named/intended recipient and can only be redeemed while available.

If the recipient already has unused fixed-term paid access, redeemed gift time is designed to stack after the existing remaining term rather than shorten it. A three-month gift does not downgrade an active Complete term.

If the recipient has an active recurring Digital subscription, they may need to schedule that recurring billing to cancel before a fixed-term gift can be redeemed. This helps prevent a gift term and recurring charge from unintentionally overlapping.

Private/authorized access codes

Some authorized users may receive a private access code that activates paid-member features without a payment method. Private codes are limited by their configured redemption rules and are not transferable for resale. They do not represent a cash balance or refund entitlement.

Failed payments, expiration, and loss of paid access

If a recurring payment fails, a subscription ends, or a fixed term expires, interactive access may be locked. Public psychoeducation and Free-account features remain available unless the account itself is restricted.

Your saved assessment and Navigator’s Log history is not automatically erased merely because paid access ends. It remains associated with the account unless you delete that history or it is removed under the Privacy Notice. If you later regain eligible access, retained history can become available again.

Cancellation and billing records

Use the Membership page’s Stripe billing-management link for an active Stripe subscription. Save the cancellation confirmation and review your account status afterward. If the site shows a future cancellation date, paid access generally remains available until the applicable paid/scheduled end date.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, preserve the receipt, checkout confirmation, invoice, and cancellation records while the issue is investigated. Rights regarding refunds, charge disputes, and cancellation can vary by transaction and applicable law.

Pricing and plan changes

Future pricing or features may change. A change to a recurring charge will be handled through the billing process and notices/consent required by applicable law. A price shown on an older screenshot, social post, or archived page should not be assumed to override the current checkout terms.

Fixed-term time already granted to an account is not intended to be shortened solely because public plan pricing later changes.

Consumer billing transparency

Regulation Navigator aims to present material subscription terms before purchase: the amount charged today, the length of any introductory/fixed term, whether billing will recur, the recurring amount, and how to manage cancellation. If the terms shown at checkout do not match what you expected, do not complete the purchase until the discrepancy is resolved.

These billing terms are drafted to match the current product configuration and should be reviewed by qualified consumer-law counsel before broad launch. Federal and state subscription, automatic-renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, shipping, and digital-product requirements can vary and change.
